  1.  Swipe the HOME SCREEN to the LEFT 
  2.  Click on REPORT icon
  3.  Click CONFIGURATION/STATUS PAGES
  4.  Select USAGE PAGE 
  5.  Click Print Icon on the bottom right of display
  6.  Report will then print out
